"Ten years ago, I'd have brought you some crumpets..."
Crumpet rings. That's what I need. How else am I cleanse this land of the heretical "English muffin", and bring them back to the One True Way?
(In this land, apparently, they are called English Muffin Rings*. So it goes.)
*(But searching for "crumpet rings" finds them anyway. They know the truth, they only try to disguise it.)
In other news, chicken skin fried crisp in chilli oil with a scatter of sea salt makes a very acceptable little snacklet, with beer and the task-at-hand.
