More damn cattishness

It seems to be all I post these days, for lo, I am doing nothing but working; but Mac is helping, he is lying in my lap and purring, which is not so usual. And every now and then he stretches up his neck and nips my arm, which is entirely usual; and then I stop typing and look down at him and cry "Oy! Enough of this biting!" at which point he puts his paw on my forearm and his head in the crook of my elbow and purrs muchly, and I am entirely lost, I tell you, lost...

When I read all this, I'm so glad I escaped cat-sitting for my sister, this summer. Not that I could submit so far, but... 'Tis a sobering thought, nonetheless.
