Somewhere out there, some spiderbot or whatever has figured out that I have an interest in chillies. A nice man in India has written, offering to sell me some, of the dried Sanam variety. With a picture, of some very nice dried chillies lined up against a remarkably pretty pink ruler as an indication of size.

Like any honest trader, he includes a quote. He will sell me these chillies for US$2439 per metric ton, with a minimum order of 13 metric tons packed in a 40-foot container.

Whoo, yeah.
