Jan. 23rd, 2010 01:43 pmOkay, technofolks:
1) TENS machines. Anyone have any experience of the small home domestic kind? I lovety-loved my old physio's vast professional device, but she used to have to dial it up full-strength for me. I need something to break this pattern of pain, 'cos I'm pushing all my drugs to their daily limits and a bit beyond and I still hurt, pretty much all the time on a bad day. Are there differences in power-output, or are all models pretty much the same? (I can buy a cheap one in Lloyds pharmacies if I do it next week; Boots machines are three times the price, and the back of the box is not useful in delineating difference.) Any advice, recommendations, admonitions - all is useful.
2) Bluetooth mouses. I am thinking about a bluetooth mouse, to spare the last surviving USB port on the Laptop of Heavenly Perfection. I've never used bluetooth at all. Anyone have any experience of the thing in general, or mouses in particular? Any recommendations, advice, admonitions etc...
3) Just on the offchance: are there bluetooth memory devices, like a thumb drive that you don't actually have to plug into the machine? For the same reason, obviously...
And now, lunch. My favourite fast-food, which I learned from Chairman Mao:
Boil noodles.
Add soy sauce and chilli oil.
Stir with chopsticks.
Eat.
Peasant food!
