I am punctual to a fault. I wait 15 minutes, and then I'm gone unless they've called with a good and TRUE excuse. And I expect/demand people I meet to be punctual as well.
To me, lateness is a sign of disrespect, and I won't waste my valuable time with people who cannot show me even this most basic respect.
