Urgh. Been awake since 2am - another of those disoriented wakings, where this time I knew where I was but was entirely convinced that Karen was also in the house somewhere, so I really needed to pull on a bathrobe before I went blundering around, 'cos it's rude to startle houseguests naked...

So now it's half past seven and I am good for nothing and with all the day still ahead of me. And my shoulder hurts, and and and.

And I will stop complaining soon, honest. Maybe I'll load more photos; that might feel useful. It's about the height of my ambitions for the day. Urgh, aargh...
