Lazy Sunday

So far this morning I have:

baked two loaves of bread;
degreased my chicken stock;
triple-minced my lamb;
cleaned and oiled the mincer;
caught the cat licking the oil from the blades;
cleaned and oiled the mincer and put it away;
prepared my kofta mixture.

There is still much to do, but that at least is the first course mostly fixed. We will have soup and meatballs, if nothing else.

Now it is time for coffee, before I shop to replace the cream and start the making of pudding...
