Some mistake, surely? I have woken today into the wrong California: it's cold, it's grey and it's raining. I am wearing a long-sleeved T-shirt, and socks; I feel ever so slightly disinclined to go outside.

But in other other news, I have just harvested our first lemon, from our baby lemon!tree (my Christmas gift from K last year). It is tiny, but ripe: golden-yellow, and smells of lemons!
