Forgot to mention, last night I slow-baked a ham I'd dry-cured, and that was yummy - but O people my people, the other thing I did.

Burns Supper Sliders. Aka haggis neeps & tatties patties.

So very, very good.

That sounds amazing. I still haven't tried haggis, because I don't want to attempt to get passable stuff in California, but some day -- it sounds like perfect Serene food.
