Deal. Also, my kitchen is an armoury (much heavyweight metal, and the sharpest knives you will ever encounter): just, I'm not so much with the fighting skills...
Bring your kitchen here. We have access to several hundred acres of land with city water, well water, electricity, primitive lighting, a house, a couple hundred head of cattle, deer, rabbits, squirrills, a huge wild hog, some exotic deer thingies across the road, goats, lamas (pack animals), wood stoves, much weaponry, a decent marksman and brawler (L) and a crackshot and half decent swordsman (me). We would have to plant a garden, though, and steal chickens from the Tyson farm down the road. But I know how to can vegitables and tend farm animals.
Combine a girl who grew up in the middle of bunch of KKK survivalists, joined the military, then joined a medieval reenactment society and a boy who grew up between ranching and the drug world and you get eighty percenters.
Who'd have thought those skills could come in handy for something. ;-P
Oh, yeah. I'm so there. I can add the cooking (obviously), plus I can make the garden, if you're content to grow vegetables (for lo, I know nothing of flowers; but herbs and veggies grow for me). And I can butcher anything, although I am no slaughterman. If one of you will slay 'em, I can make 'em into meat.
(Also I can actually handle explosive weaponry, although I am no longer even a decent marksman; bad eyesight and no practice, alas. But I know how they work, and roughly where to point 'em.)
Really? I've never handled explosive weaponry. That's very cool.
I'm not very good at growing things, but I try.
We live in Texas. His grandmother's ranch is in a place called Gonzales. We love going up there and getting away from it all. The house is over 100 years old and still sturdy enough to withstand mild tornados. Pretty cool.
You're a bloody menace you are. I should be in bed, not finding I'm 52% liable to survive a zombie apocalypse. 52%! What do they know? Have they ever met my kids?

Where is it you live, again...?
