I'm English, I'm a cricket fan, I can't help it: 111 is a hugely significant number, as is any multiple. 111 is a Nelson, because the admiral of that ilk had one eye and one arm and one ... well, whatever; Nelson is actually a madly unlucky score for the English, it's remarkable how many English batsmen get out on 111 or multiples thereof, but just take your feet off the floor and the moment will pass, we'll be on 334 before you know it and if we even get as far as 444 I'll be so close to the end it'll be a gallop.
