novel_in_90 (plus a fair amount of other non-book stuff, but the novel is what counts); but in terms of a pagecount the book has just reached:
- which means I've written exactly 300 pages of it during this same three months. Which is satisfyingly neat.
Obviously, 115,169 words doth not a novel make, not in Chazworld; but all is well, for we have declared another round of
novel_in_90, to commence on Sept 1st. Which would be Saturday, I think. And as the official 90-day count of the last round ended yesterday, I am technically entitled to take these two extra days off.
And it's a lovely day, and I could be cleaning house or pottering in the garden or cooking something yummy; and in fact - well, here I am. Writing another page before lunch. Well, there's this dead baby, see, in a city haunted by horror, and I can't just leave it, can I...?
