In my own defence...

I may have forgotten to feed the boys tonight, but I would just like to point out that this is entirely due to their not nagging me for the hour and a half prior to teatime; which in turn is entirely due to their having consumed an unknown but probably toxic quantity of raw bacon at some point this afternoon.

Which did not of course stop them eating their tea when I did finally remember (after all, it might just've been one of them at the bacon, and not fair to punish one for t'other's misdeed...). But I do anticipate Repercussions. Possibly loud ones.
