I suspect this falls outside the terms of licence, so no names, no packdrill: but I sent the final draft of Hidden Cities to A Friend, who doesn't like reading onscreen and thought that printing out four hundred pages of loose typescript would just be foolish in principle and awkward in practice. So:



Off it went to Lulu, and came back as a strict Edition of One, with a rubric on the back: "Double Extra Secret Advanced Readers Copy--Not For Sale or Anything Else."

That's my teddy bear, that is. On the cover of a book! No wonder he's more famous than I am...
