Christmas cake crisis

Help me out, people. My google-fu is failing me. Tragically, so did my foresight: I neglected to pack my long-loved Christmas cake tin (loose-bottomed, eight or nine inches wide, four inches deep).

I cannot find one in America. They must exist. People over here do surely bake cakes more than two inches deep? Someone point me to a place...

See, this is what we struggle with, we immigrants: the blank incomprehension of the indigenous peoples, who Just Don't Do Things Like That. I really don't mean a loaf tin. I mean a cake tin, a round tin, eight or nine inches in circumference, four inches deep. Something like this, to make something like this.
