Pickled again

The red are currently maturing into a Sriracha-like hot sauce, which will take a few days longer; the green I have just pickled in oil, because I love chillies pickled in oil and I ought to be able to do it.

Lord knows what they're going to taste like, but they look okay.
[EtA: this is entirely unreliable, because it did not include any piece of actual pickled chilli, but I just tried the licking-the-spoon test, and I am able to report that the gunk is delicious. Also hot, but delicious.]
