This one's from the city council, and far less interesting: they're prospecting views about licensing laws, prior to publishing an updated policy. I thought they should probably have at least one submission from somebody who actually likes pubs and restaurants and such, and wants them open all hours. Just to set against the grumblers and nay-sayers who think it's all disgraceful and an encouragement to sin.
