As I came home with Too Many Limes*, I am making lime pickle. Twice: one jar of fresh (where you chop up your limes and cover 'em with black and white salts and leave 'em in the sun for a couple of weeks) [I may have mistimed this, today being the first day in weeks when we have not had sun], and one boiled up like a chutney. I like lime pickle. Also, I like any recipe that includes the line "add eight tablespoons of chilli powder." Oh, okay, then...
