Congrats on not only having your new book published, but getting to hold it in your hands--and it's great news that the first printing has already sold out (although why didn't they ship you copies from the first batch?? are you fetishistic about that sort of thing? Maybe your editor has a copy in-house of the first printing he/she could send you, although they may've gotten second printings, too. Publishing is indeed so strange these days.)
