Really truly, Desdaemona is available for the Kindle. Trouble is, it doesn't seem so. If you go to the regular Desi page in Amazon (.com or .co.uk), the Kindle edition is not listed, and they still have that panel that says "Would you like to read this book on Kindle? Tell the publisher!"
The reason for this? Is that the Kindle edition(s) have been listed as by Chaz Brenchley and Ben Macallan. So the metadata is different, and so Amazon's system thinks they're different books and so the editions are not linked.
We have queried Amazon as to the possibility of fixing this. In the meantime, I am engaged with a philosophical debate with my publisher, over whether it's better that people searching for a new Chaz Brenchley book might find Desi, or that people wanting Desi might learn that there's a Kindle edition available.
Meanmeantime, if you should want the Kindle edition, here it is at amazon.com and here it is at amazon.co.uk.
