On the getting of pub

desperanceIn other other other news, as I walked home today I found myself thinking - quite passionately - how very much I should like to be sitting in a pub and drinking beer.
Got home to find an invitation to do same in my inbox.
Technically we're not supposed to meet up till half six, but hey. It's only polite to be early, right? I could, y'know. Secure a table. Read a book. Drink beer.
