Fitbit just sent me a badge, to mark my first 5K steps. Wasn't that sweet of them?

In other news, I just turned in consternation to m'wife, because I had put T-shirts and underwears into my case and was a bit stuck what else I might need. She quite gently observed that we were going to England in November, and long sleeves might not be a bad idea.

I seem to have forgotten how to cat be English. Hey-ho. (I have just been gardening barefoot in the gloaming. Is that excuse enough?)
