It's intended for the clubhouse, but at the moment is sitting in the living-room as things do, like shipping-crates upon a dock waiting to be ferried further.
A more nervous or suggestible man than I might have been deeply disturbed this morning, seeing that chair rock itself with quite some agitation.* Thing is, turtles are like little tanks, seeing no need to go around an obstacle where they may merely go over.
