I'm planning to bake the fish in oven-paper parcels, with a sprig of dill and a squeeze of lemon; I'm thinking I should be able to make a kind of pesto with dill and walnuts and garlic, With mushrooms and sugar snap peas on the side, and mashed potato because mashed potato, aka clouds of buttery carby lovestuff.
