Specifically, I plan to make a Turkish lamb-and-leek coiled filo pie: which no, it's not terribly Welsh, but neither am I. I have Scottish and English and Irish and French and Norman too in my ancestry, but no Welsh at all that we're aware of. But Karen, of course, is a Williams. QED.
