Hmm. Barry is still following Mac everywhere like a demented lovestruck farmboy; I'm not sure if this is good or not, he seems very unsettled, very unlike this morning's confident bitey boy. He's quite hard to get near at the moment.
Did eat his tea, though. They had gooshy fuds as a treat, and ate within two feet of each other, more or less at the same speed (phew! he's not a browser, this Mac, any more than Barry is: this is obviously a good thing, or one of them would have gone hungry), including pauses to stare at each other
Whoops! Having said all that - Mac has just chased Barry, out of the office and down the stairs. Whether this was fun or purposeful, I cannot say; but Barry ran. Mind you, Mac leaped at him from on high (the back of my comfy office chair), so running was probably entirely natural. What I'd like now would be for Barry to chase Mac back up the stairs again, but that's the fiction writer in me wanting patterns, and the romantic wanting parity...
