desperanceThat moment where you find your only pair of clean jeans has been serving just a little too long as a day-bed for Helpful Cat Being Helpful (Occupy Laundry! Make Things Flat!) and can no longer conceivably be described as clean, despite Helpful Cat's being black of fur as the jeans are black of denim?
...is totally eclipsed by that moment where you get to the library to work and unpack your things and find yay that you remembered the bike locks and the bottle of water and the reading glasses and the everyday glasses and the book you had to return - and that you forgot the laptop, which means that there is nothing you can do but pack it all back up again and unlock the bike again and come on home.
I have a totality of fed, with a side order of up. On some level no doubt it's self-sabotage, like reading Facebook and playing in the kitchen and the garden and so forth. And now I have to go shopping for dinner tonight - but when I get back, I am going to do some fucking work. I just am.
