I was looking at a book of 'Comfort Food' recipes this morning. Did my usual thing, flicking through the recipes and then scanning the index to see what was in there - and my eye stalled around the M's, because, hang on, hadn't I just seen a recipe for macaroni & cheese, the ultimate comfort food? I was sure I had; and yet, there was no listing for it. So I looked in confusion under C for cheese, and yes, there it was: "cheese, macaroni and, rich"...

So I followed my perturbed instinct, and yes, there it was, the main entry, under R: "Rich macaroni and cheese".

Ayeee...!
