Last night's dinner was pork hash, with a lightly fried egg on top. On reflection, I think I might have afforded myself a second egg, being on a death-march and all. Still, 'twas good regardless.
Tonight, I think perhaps we'll go Chinese: beef and broccoli, with black beans. Possibly in an oyster sauce.
Between now and then, I have sourdough and pate, chicken livers, eggs and pancetta, many mushrooms. I'll be fine.
