That is very kind -- I'm in Cambridge (the one near Peterborough, Cambs, not the one just outside Boston, Mass). However, I found it on Amazon and have ordered it (I'm a historian by profession, though not a Sinologist, so when it comes to history books, I will just click on that button...).
