From [livejournal.com profile] pennski: should I be grateful? (PS - beware: shoddy proofreading)

You scored as Either. You brain is neither specifically male nor female in the way you perceive things. As bad as this sounds it can easily mean that you are capable of combining both gender aspects to your advantage. Rather than being genderless you are possibly able think freely. This does not mean that you are bisexual or androgynous or indecisive, but it might.

Chaz, indecisive? Surely not...

But then, I'm the same text, and:
Either - 46%
Male - 36%
Neither - 32%
Female - 29%
- we are the same, in other words, except that you are slightly more Either than I am. What can I say?

Other than, not only are the proofreading sloppy and the questions baffling and repetitive, the code doesn't work very well with your journal on my screen.

Plus, I hope you are feeling a little better this morning?

Dunno - it opens up space for a whole [livejournal.com profile] matociquala-style debate about Eithering, I suppose?

the code doesn't work very well with your journal on my screen.

Damn. Has that been true of other memes, or is it just this one? Because of course I wouldn't know, it looks fine at this end. But then, I wouldn't know what to do about it anyway; haven't gone into the whole journal-designing thing at all. No time, no talent.

Plus, I hope you are feeling a little better this morning?

Well, I can type [livejournal.com profile] matociquala without blenching. That's a start. It's about as far as we go, though. I'm not exactly what you might call working.

There have been previous memes where the text I see on my friends page overlays your icon. You can't do anything about this, because you can't change the layout I have chosen for my friends page (but the code should be fluid enough to adapt). It hasn't been a major problem, as it's usually decipherable, and if it isn't, I can click through to the individual entry.

What I got this time was that on the entry itself, the table of percentages was overlaid by the vertical ad in the right hand margin. Which is irritating. (The fact that it's overlaid is irritating, not the ad itself - French allows you to make this distinction. Of course, the ad itself is also irritating, but I wasn't mentioning that at this point).

Here endeth more than you wanted to know about the display of a silly meme thing. I'm sure we should both be working...

I like the phrasing. "Should you be...?" Because if an internet quiz tells me to, I'll run right out and get a sex change!

Should you be male or female?
Yes!

I'm in the queue right behind you - if we can find a clinic that does androgyny, apparently. It's what the world needs.

I have been sitting here for, oh, minutes, watching your icon do its thing. It's very lovely.

I decided to delete the last entry with all the html in because it was pointless. Instead, I've just copied over the numbers, like [livejournal.com profile] shewhomust did.

Either 75%
Female 68%
Male 46%
Neither 32%

Which just goes to show how girly I really am...

Results page rewritten in better HTML by yours truly. The proofreading errors extended to the code. And I wonder if the preference as to which side of the bus one sits is cultural depending on which side of the road the law says you should drive on?

I had absolutely no notion what the which-side-of-the-bus question was supposed to signify - specially as the first time round it was bus-or-cinema, and retrospect suggests that I tend to head for the left side of the cinema and the right side of the bus. When I'm on a bus, which used to be 'never' and is now 'when going to the vet', 'cos the boy is a heavy boy and inclined to be fractious if carried too far in his box.

But what a lot of eithers we are, to be sure...
