Okay, I opened the box. Free stuff, from an eco-promotion: low-energy lightbulbs and an E-On Powerdown. All very welcome, but still. Not a laptop.

Also, of course, I had left the fish for tonight's supper in my bag with the box. Of course the cats got it. Well, one cat, largely. Probably. T'other was sitting by the wreckage conspicuously not eating it, all smug and telltaley...
