There's only one reasonable response to any question about chocolate. 'Yes', followed possibly by 'please'. As for what flavour/shape/etc chocolate do you like, 'All of the above' plus 'A few others as well'.

But the rest seemed fair enough, although I'd modify "the centre of attention to "loves creating wonderful events at which everyone feels you have made them the centre of attention".
