Oh, those are rather good. Creepy, but good.

I'm now trying to figure out how I can use them in the role-playing game I'm running at the moment. It involves a bunch of evil sorcerers who are capturing river goddesses in order to suck out their essence to power the magical machinery. I'm now thinking the players may find a river goddess graveyard at some point...

I like the ones that seem to be covered in barnacles more than the smooth ones, they cetainly look less creepy.

Considering how many Black slaves' bodies were thrown overboard during Atlantic crossings back in the days of the slave trade, these are extremely creepy indeed. But yes, also quite beautiful.
