I have just been Out. In the Snow. With the Boys.

And, of course, the Camera.

I'm not posting photos just now, because LJ is absorbing photos today at the rate that saturated mud absorbs water, and I haven't got the patience. But in general, Barry bounced around like a four-year-old (which of course he is, more or less) and had lots of fun and was very hard to photograph; while Mac hid under a shelf, and was very hard to photograph and even harder to dislodge when it was time to give up and come in.

Which is the wrong way around, if I'd had to predict behaviours.

Mac is now chasing around the house with his tail fluffed out, just as if he wasn't a snow-funk wimp at all. Barry is sitting wistfully in a window, asking if we can't go out again?

Snow, in general, is Not Approved Of here. Mooncat isn't too fussed (she had nice long, warm fur and fluffy toes) and Ish will endure it to check his territory, but Horus is outraged by the very idea. The snow from last week had all gone by yesterday and he settled, but this pm it started snowing again and he came in in Loud! Disgust! and is now firmly asleep in a box.

Pictures - when do we get pictures? I know: fur beings never cooperate for cameras - which I think explains why I can never get a good picture of my SOGP. He's probably a cat under all that fur. Huh. Well never mind that - post what you got. Go go. Do do.
