...Or in other words, I am packing for FantasyCon. At least, for values of 'packing' that involve throwing the essentials together in a bag.

Barry clearly considers himself essential. So far I have unpacked him twice; and now I have come in here (giggling) to do this, and I suspect he is packing himself for a third time. It can't just be the allure of clean laundry; there's lots of that else, lying around all over the place, in which he is markedly uninterested. Either he shares my bag fetish, or he just doesn't want to be left behind. Poor little pea-brain - I shall distract him with food, and disappear while his face is still in the trough. Works every time.

Willow always packed herself too. Several of our favourite photos are of her preparing to come on holiday with us.

Perhaps it's a way of making sure your clothes have enough cat hairs on to sustain you while you're away?
