Tiggers like cheese, apparently. For values of liking that include trying to steal it from my very knife, while I am watching. Hmm.

In other news, my play "A Cold Coming" will not now be performed this year, nor in a double bill with one by Peter Lathen, as was planned. The company did a read-through this weekend in my absence, and feels that the two together are just too much, emotional-impact wise. The suggestion is that I should revise and expand the text, to make a piece that can stand by itself next year. Hmm.

Well, heaven forbid that theatre should have an emotional impact. Perhaps you could recycle it into a novel?

That's actually great -- a full-length that can stand alone! Disappointing that it needs more work and won't be done this year, but terrific that they like it well enough to want a full-length version. Congratulations!
