Um. I am having the evening off, on account of Weird Ears (vague tinnitus now, on top of underwaterness: as of deep and distant foghorns, almost but not quite constant. I could live without this).

But I promised myself tea and cake and silly movies, if I only didn't open a bottle of wine.
