I am in the Lit & Phil, and the batteries on my Tens machine are failing.
This is not in itself a great catastrophe. I am in town; I can buy batteries. Or I can survive an hour or two without electrical stimulation to my shoulder. Either of those, or both.
But. I am in the Lit & Phil, and typing. This means by definition that I am using one of my laptops. Which has power, it has USB ports.
Why can't my Tens machine have a USB cable, damn it? It's positively foolish to be using two separately-powered electrical devices. I thought we lived in the future now? I want to be plugged in, I wanna be connected...
