desperanceNo, I do. Tonight's chicken came complete with head; its head complete with cockscomb. Does that make it a cock, or do hens have them too? *is ignorant*
What I do know, is that cockscombs are a delicacy. But that's cockscombs, plural. One single comb: I dunno. Should I fancy up and cook it, just to discover the taste? Or should I raid the Chinese supermarket for a whole lot more? Or should I just chuck it in the stockpot and forget it? (Or just chuck it in the stockpot and then eat it?)
