In other news, I dreamed of Barry last night. He is a cat who likes to drink from a running tap, thank you, and never mind the chemicals; but in my dream he went into my neighbours' kitchen and turned their tap on, and drank, and turned it off again when he was done. I do think he's a smart boy, but that might be a step too far, even for Himself (tho' I actually do think he turns the bathroom light on, in my absence. Not to make it easier to drink from the dribbling basin tap: more because the bathroom switch is a dangly thing, and he likes to leap and slay it. Every now and then, cat-weight swinging from its toggle, that's going to turn it on...)

Miss Kitty Calgary often romps through my dreams and brings her friends along. I don't know who they are, exactly, or where she finds them since she does not Go Out. I think they all come over and visit her when we're out or when we're asleep.
