My prawn and mushroom curry. Is a treat that I wish I could share with you-all, but I haven't got enough. It is fabulous, and I am quite triumphant. It's mostly flavoured with ajwain and methi-leaf, over the base spices (coriander, cumin), the onion/garlic/ginger triumvirate and rather a lot of chilli, both fresh and powdered. Just scrumptious.
