Actually I don't think anyone was too surprised that I spent this afternoon at the dentist having a surprise root canal. On the other hand, even the dentist was surprised to find a fourth nerve-channel after he'd cleaned out the usual three. I didn't know it was possible; he said it's very rare. I am a mutant! My superpower is experiencing extra pain. Oh goodie. (He had trouble numbing me up, too. More pain! Yay!)

I have taken four ibuprofen, one pot of tea and one cat. I am thinking of following up with something stronger (than the ibuprofen), but the cat is quite comfy, thanks...
