Which is why there is now a little kieffer lime tree (I am adopting Orchard Supply's name for him, because it is neither the offensive k-word nor the unknown makrut) in a big pot in the back yard. He may live in the pot for a while, before we settle on where's best to plant him out; and he'll need to grow some, before we can profit from his bounty; but lime leaves! And limes, of course, but lime leaves! I see tom yum in our future...
