When papersky and I watched Spartacus on DVD a few months back we found ourselves thinking how different the world would be if rather than Jesus coming back from the dead, Spartacus and the thousands of slaves crucified along the Appian Way and come back as a zombie horde. I don't quite think it's a story, alas.
this painting really disturbed me when I saw it in a gallery, I don't know if it qualifies as zombie Jesus', but I can easily imagine Him turning His head and gnashing teeth at me, can't you?
