Well, damn
Nov. 14th, 2011 10:16 pmI thought I'd packed everything, but I seem to have left my heart in San Francisco. That was careless. I'll just have to go back for it.
Apparently stress and bad recycled air on top of con crud breathing issues trigger my asthma; I was shockingly wheezy on the flight. Still, I didn't trigger a medical emergency, no planes were diverted and I didn't end up in hospital, so that's a win all round.
Right now, I'm just astonished that I'm still conscious; my day began yesterday at 5am, and I've been solidly conscious ever since. Granted there's an eight-hour timeslip built into that, but even so.
Going to bed now. I won't say "alone", because, y'know. Fuzzballs are waiting. But Karen is the wrong side of an ocean. Don't like that.
