I can haz publication date!
Feb. 5th, 2014 01:28 pmThis from Per Aspera's website, a page on forthcoming books:
Being Small by Chaz Brenchley
A deeply personal ghost story of dead twins and mad mothers, of Moleskine notebooks and teen friendships, of AIDS carriers and more. Being Small is a cunningly crafted short novel by one of fantasy’s most well-respected writers.
Publication date: August 12th, 2014
...[My own feeling is that that should read "AIDS carers", but hey. Let's not quibble: there's a topological equivalence there.]
And Karen and I are heading north tomorrow, to the Frozen Wastes, where we get to spend the weekend hanging out with my very editor,
calendula_witch and the awesome Mark Ferrari. On Orcas Island, where they are spending the winter playing innkeepers looking after a bed-and-breakfast business while the owners take a break. I am not in the slightest bit envious of this, oh no. Besides which, Frozen Wastes: apparently they're expecting snow and everything. Snow! Brr! *packs socks*
