Regarding kipple-black-holes: in our last house we had a miniscule shed and a moderate understairs cupboard. Both were full of Stuff. We moved to a house with a mega-shed, an understairs cupboard larger than my first student bedsit and a bonus utility room. Within a week, they were all full of Stuff. I've tried clearing them out, sometimes attacking more than one kipple-hole at once in an effort to stop Stuff fleeing between kipple-holes, but to no avial. You can't win. Don't even try.
Regarding rain: it is not currently (at 22:33) raining in Hampshire. Which is good, as everything that can be full of water is already full of water.
