So I should be passing the desideratum tomorrow, then, unless I fail and fall. Which is a landmark, I suppose, some kind of milestone: "I am now officially Too Long". Which is always better than the other thing, and really all I have to do now is the final climactic stuff and all the revelations after.

But no, one week of 7x7 is not going to do it, alas.

Could I possibly manage another...?

But that is a fine accomplishment in itself. (I, by comparison, have read a lot of Middle English, but achieved no fiction this week.)
