Ouchie! [yawn]
Apr. 29th, 2009 04:15 pmOoh, physio was hard today. Extreme therapy, with extra pain 'cos tough guys don't cry.
I continue my record of not crying (as opposed, I am proud to point out, to certain much tougher guys of my acquaintance), but I did nearly-nearly ask for a break when she offered one; she thought I nearly rose up from the table and walked away, walked out of there. Actually not, but ... well. Ouchie.
And since then I have been tired to the point of wreckage, as is traditional.
Want to go to bed; have to go out into the sunnyshine to collect my veggies.
If I go a little further, if I can drag this acquired carcase just a bit beyond, I could buy tonic and lemons. If I had tonic I could make gin and tonic, if I had lemons. That is ... almost unbearably attractive today.
While I was out, council workie-people came and dug up my neighbours' concrete frontage, prior to building them a new wall and fence, laying fresh paviors, generally smartening up and making good. This is all very well, but they were supposed to start with mine...? *whimpers*
